Job Description:

Responsible for answering the phone and transferring the call to the correct person / department. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all calls within 3 rings. 
  • Answer the phone in the correct Hirsch’s way “Good day Hirsch’s, this is ___________, how may I assist you?” 
  • Assist customer
  • Assist team members

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in a same or similar role
