Job Description:
Responsible for handling cash and attending to all customers at the cash desk in a friendly and professional as well as timeous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- All ad hoc administration duties in the department (scanning, filing, answering telephone etc.)
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
- Full function of vouchers and loyalty cards (redeeming & selling)
- Scan all relevant paperwork to e-docs and relevant parties
- Scanning of blue copies, extended warranties, job cards, GRN’s, GRS’s and recons
- Understanding of Linux system.
- Daily Reconciliation of all payments.
- Customer service and satisfaction.
- Accurate capturing and handling of cash.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in a same or similar role
